Parcels are shipped via DHL Domestic Express service for a flat rate of AUD $10. Delivery is within 1-3 business days of the order being shipped
Internationally
Parcels are shipped via DHL Express Worldwide service for a flat rate of AUD $32. Delivery is within 1-3 business days of the order being shipped, not accounting for any customs or postal delays.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2 working days from receipt of payment. If an order is placed during the weekend it will be posted the following business day.
Tracking
Customers will be updated on the tracking of their item via email. Alternatively customers can directly track their orders via the DHL website: http://www.dhl.com.au/en/express/tracking.html
On Demand Delivery
We offer DHL On Demand delivery which allows customers to schedule and arrange the delivery of their parcel at their convenience. Customers can arrange delivery to a nearby DHL Service Point or their own alternate address, and even request a shipment to be put on hold while they are on vacation.
Duties and Customs
Items shipped internationally may be subject to customs, duties and taxes. We have no control over any fees or delays caused by customs as these are imposed by the country of import. Any customs, duties or taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
